Indicated in the following condition
Pharmacology
It is a combination of paracetamol and caffeine. Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic properties with low anti-inflammatory activity. Caffeine is an alkaloid derived from xanthine theophylline. By intermolecular bonding with paracetamol, caffeine increases the solubility and membrane permeability of paracetamol. Additionally, caffeine increases the pain threshold and pain tolerance. Caffeine also has the inherent power to increase the tone of blood vessels in the brain, providing another benefit for treating migraines and headaches.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dose: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Maximum dose: 8 tablets daily.
Child dose: Not recommended for children below 12 years.

There may be an increase in serum concentrations with probenecid. May increase serum concentrations of chloramphenicol. Absorption with colestyramine may be reduced within 1 hour of administration.
